At Spirit Flow Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy below for the terms and conditions.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with any tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for returns.
3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- We will send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us using the return label we provide.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Sale items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Personalized items: Any items that were customized or personalized.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the exchange process, and once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out the replacement.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at spiritflowfashion01@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.
