  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day (only available for certain locations).

Please note that shipping costs and delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Restrictions

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are subject to delays due to weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at spiritflowfashion01@gmail.com. We will assist in tracking the package or initiate an investigation with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately so we can update the information before shipment. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
